Return and Refund Policy

At United Excellence, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchases. Should you need to return an item for any reason, we have crafted our policy to make the process as seamless as possible. Please note that all of our products are a limited stock item, meaning we can only exchange them for another size if we have it in stock. 

1. Returns Accepted for 30 Days:
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery (day the order is delivered). If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Free Return Shipping:
We understand that returning items can sometimes be inconvenient. To alleviate any concerns, we offer free return shipping for all eligible items. Simply contact us to initiate the return process, and we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

3. No Final Sale Items:
Please note that our return policy does not apply to final sale items. Final sale items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless they are deemed defective or damaged upon receipt.

How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at unitedexcellencellc@gmail.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond promptly with instructions on how to proceed.

Refund Process:
Once your return is received, we will notify you of your refund. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-21 business days, depending on your payment provider's policies.
